Sign Up An elderly and disabled Dundee couple are terrified they could fall on a “dangerous” pavement that has been left outside their home by workmen. Robert Heath, 70 and his wife Valerie, 73 said the dodgy pavement was left by Scottish and Southern Energy following work right outside their Kilravock Gardens home in Whitfield. Robert & Valerie Heath are complaining that SSE have left their path unfinished and dangerous.

Robert and Val Heath’s kitchen ceiling was damaged at the weekend after pipes burst in the empty property above their home in Kilravock Gardens. The pair say they warned Angus Housing Association (AHA) of potential problems in January but claims they did not do enough. He also says AHA have told him they cannot fix the problem for at least a week.
