James M. Boler, 55, of Batavia was indicted Thursday, March 21 by a Clermont County grand jury, who returned an indictment on 18 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, all felonies of the second degree.
The state is doing preliminary work for the creation of four roundabouts along Jackson and Main streets in historic east end area. Residents concerned.
