Four dead, 8 hurt in Gujranwala accident July 26, 2021 GUJRANWALA: Four persons died and eight others injured in a road accident near Khiali Bypass on Sunday. A van was carrying passengers when it went out of control and collided with a truck. As a result, Iftikhar, Rukhsana, Ali Haidar and Jannat Bibi died on the spot while eight passengers, including Hamid, Abdul Hannan, Khalid, Arif and Akbar, sustained injuries. 16 cattle markets to be set up in Gujranwala July 5, 2021 GUJRANWALA: The district administration has decided to set up 16 cattle markets for sacrificial animals outside the city areas. There would be ban on the sale and purchase of the animals other than the fixed points.
