Jacob stated this during a programme organised by the BJP of 4 Ghaspani-1 AC to mark eight years of Modi government at Sumi Community Hall in Diphupar ‘A’ on Wednesday. He stated that before 2014, the NE region was neglected by the national parties governing the country.
