Chandigarh: The Punjab government has renamed seven government schools after freedom fighters and martyrs under its educational institutions renaming policy.
Giving more information, School Education Minister Vijay Inder Singla, on Tuesday, said that to keep the memory of freedom fighters, martyrs and eminent personalities alive and recognize their unique work in our minds, the state government had started this initiative. ....
