A FATHER accused of killing his four children pleaded not guilty to all four counts of murder.
Lucas Phasha (52) allegedly killed his children Katlego (9), Joyce (7), Tshepo (5) and Adel (3) in February last year.
Through his lawyer Advocate Lawrence Mkhize, Phasha told the Limpopo High Court yesterday that he was visiting his girlfriend in Lebowakgomo on the night his kids were killed.
He said he was worried about their safety and called neighbour Alfred Madutlela to check if his wife Sylvia was home with the kids. ....
