Was kind of the environmental crown in the president s legacy, if you will, coming out after it, too. how will that come into play? yeah, you know, of course, the opponents of the keystone pipeline were always saying that president obama, that history would look very poorly on him from an environmental standpoint if he ended up approving it, but there were a lot of analyses, including in the the new york times a year or so ago, which noted that president obama on some of his policies when it comes to coal and some of the other regulations coming out of the environmental protection agency were always much bigger and more significant than the actual keystone decision, where the environmental impact as well as even the economic impact, this almost became a shiny metal object, mainly because it was this big democratic versus republican fight. but the totality when comes in to the economic, jobs created, versus the environmental impact as well, were always kind of a little bit less than ....
