Feb 27, 2021 LISBON A March 8 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Ryan W. Virden, 32, Jennings Avenue, Salem, charged with having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony, for allegedly having a nine-millimeter semi-automatic pistol in his bedrooms when the county drug task force searched his home Thursday. Virden reportedly has multiple felony convictions including ones involving drugs and weapons. Chad M. Collins, 35, last known address McCracken Road, Salem, signed a waiver of extradition so he can be returned to Hampton Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania where he is facing a warrant for a charge of harassment and terroristic threats. He was reportedly found at an address on Salem Parkway, Salem, on Wednesday. ....
