Investigation. Two men were shot at, the shooter or shooters then drove away, the victims drove to a gas station to get help, one man was hit and suffered non lifethreatening injuries. The shooting happened as a new set of surveillance cameras is about to go live along i80. Over the past few years there have been dozens of shootings along that stretch of freeway. On 580, 880 and highway 4. Several mayors are wanting more funding for highway cameras. It is unknown if the leader shooting is connected to the other rash of shootings on east bay freeways, lisa chan, kpix 5 today commemorates the birthday of Martin Luther king junior.
