Swarming this neighborhood. This all unfolded near the Silver Creek High School in east san jose. Police say they tracked the suspect to the home and he barricaded himself inside. Late tonight we learned the suspect is linked to a burglary we reported on last month. The man ransacked a san jose home while a woman stood on the front poerrch as a lookout. The man is a known gang member with a lengthy record and has been captured. And a road just reopened after a minor accident turned deadly. Started with a fender bender at about 7 00 at night. A woman and her passenger got out as did the scions driver. They were exchanging information when a toyota prius slammed into their cars and launched forward slamming into the female driver and her passenger.
