VALLEY CITY, N.D. (vcsuvikings.com) – The Valley City State men’s basketball team opened the second half of Sunday’s game with a 24-3 run that powered the Vikings to a conference-opening victory over Dickinson State, 94-68.
Eddie Oyet‘s performance off the bench paced the Vikings on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball as he put up 23 points and tallied five steals. It is the sixth straight game that Oyet has scored at least 14 points for the Vikings.
Kevin Schramm posted his second double-double of the season with 12 points and a season-high 15 rebounds. Jalen Addison poured in 18 points for the Vikings and Tate Hebrink added 12. Addison and Chris Thompson each dished out four assists Sunday. ....
