ROCK SPRINGS The Rock Springs City Council will look at approving an early retirement incentive plan at its upcoming meeting. During the Council meeting Tuesday at 7 pm at City Hall, the Council is scheduled to review an early retirement incentive program. According to the resolution, the city of Rock Springs expects to experience fiscal challenges. “The purpose of an early retirement incentive program is to incentivize employees to retire early to reduce personnel reductions during times of budgetary shortfalls…,” the resolution states.
