(Fargo, ND) The Army Corps of Engineers has just awarded the biggest contract to date for construction of the FM Diversion Project. "That's a really, really exciting time for us because that is one of the real keystones of this project to provide this flood protection for the Fargo-Moorhead metro area," said Kevin Denn, Technical Lead for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
