Troopers say 30-year-old Robert Weise was driving a pick up southbound on U.S. 68 when he drove left of center and hit a northbound pick up truck driven by Jerry Kerr, 61, head-on. Kerr and Weise had to be extricated from their vehicles and were taken by helicopter to University of Cincinnati Medical Center with serious injuries. ....
