MANCHESTER, NJ The Manchester Township Police Department has a new patrol officer, after a Special Law Enforcement Officer II was promoted Tuesday.
Patrolman Sage Sysol, who joined the Manchester police department in January, was sworn in Tuesday as a patrolman by Mayor Kenneth T. Palmer in front of family and a limited number of police, Lt. Vincent Manco said.
He graduated from Pinelands Regional High School in 2015 and earned his associate s degree from Ocean County College. He is working toward his bachelor s degree through Kean University. Sysol worked as a Special Law Enforcement Officer I in Seaside Heights and SLEO II in Little Egg Harbor Township before he was hired in Manchester.
