So, Health Inspectors in rio are slapping fines on dozens of businesses for violating coronavirus mitigation measures. But half of those fined are restaurants and bars. As you can see here, the site of patrons crowded together, without masks, has provoked a widespread outcry. Bars and restaurants are allowed to operate, at 50 capacity, since they reopened on thursday. Tables must be at least two meters apart. And this comes as brazil surpasses a million and a half coronavirus cases, nationwide.
