The Hatchets are now 5-1 on the season overall and 4-1 in conference play. The Patriots are 6-1 overall and 4-1 in the Greater Thumb West. Bad Axe regrouped and ratcheted up its defense in the second half, holding a 26-25 lead going into the fourth quarter.
