Six new affordable homes are being built on the Lizard Peninsula - and now is the time for local people to register an interest.
People with a strong connection to the Grade Ruan parish are encouraged to take a look at the new homes in Ruan Minor, which will be available for secure affordable rent from this spring.
There will be four one-bedroom flats for two people and two two-bedroom houses for four people.
All of the homes, which are being built by the Community Land Trust, overseen by a local committee, will be available on a priority basis to local people from Grade Ruan parish, or with a strong connection to the local area. ....
