They tell us the 2yearold twins, a boy and girl, are being treated here and in very serious conditions condition and it sounds like progress because firefighters tell us when they got here they were still doing c pr on the twins, not breathing on their own at that point. It happened sometime around 11 00 in the morning. Police say both parents were home at the time, but at some point the toddlers got out of the home, into their backyard and into the hot tub thation around it.
