Men deny theft and curfew violation charges

Five men from St Philip were granted $3 000 bail each when they appeared before the District ‘C’ Magistrates’ Court this morning.
They are, Kemo Kerwin Wilkinson, 23, and Javon Rashad Miguel Watson, 20, both of River Land; Nathan Tyrell Ricardo Greenidge, 23, of Berry Hill, Merricks; Xavier Antone Barclay Montgomery, 42, and Kimon Shelton Hall, 39, both of Inchcape Terrace.
The accused are alleged to have contravened
Paragraph (13) subparagraph (1) clause (a) of the Emergency Management (COVID-19) (CURFEW) (NO.4) Directive by visiting Harry Smith Beach, on February 25, other than for the purpose of swimming or exercise.
They are further accused of stealing three propellers valued $2 250 and two gas hoses worth $7 belonging to the Crown on the same day.
