Information gleaned during a years-long investigation into a fatal Kelowna crane collapse needs to be released sooner than later, says the union representing crane operators.
Mounties have forwarded their investigation of a 2021 crane collapse that killed five people in Kelowna to the BC Prosecution Service with a recommendation for a charge.
According to court documents, the crane used by Stober on the construction of Movala has the capacity to overswing the Palisade, including the terrace, by 20 metres.
