(Regina Police Service/Submitted) The Regina Police Service (RPS) is warning residents of the Heritage neighbourhood about a potentially-dangerous offender living amongst them. The police issued a public advisory on Tuesday to let the public know that 46-year-old Kelly Roger Furi is living in a supervised home in the area. He has a record of violent sexual offences and a history of reoffending. According to police, he completed programming to “address his risk factors” while in jail, but according to the advisory he “has not made any progress in reducing his high risk to reoffend violently.” It is that risk of reoffending that triggered the warning. ....
