Eighteen years after it burnt to the ground, hopes are high that the old Oak Tavern will finally rise from the ashes after it emerged that the site of the once popular bar and restaurant has been listed for sale.
Bobby Kehoe of Wexford auctioneers Kehoe & Assoc has graduated from the National Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship programme. Supported by the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) and QQI accredited, this course, which is considered the pathway to a career in auctioneering and estate agency, sees apprentices mentored by industry professionals during a two-year, work-based learning programme at CDETB Ballsbridge College of Further Education.
