That would be the hottest day so far this season. even some of the heat moving down there, not that we re going to break records. back here in d.c. they re keeping pools and libraries open extended hours. here at the capital, it s hazier today. not seeing a whole lot of tourists around and it s kind of still not much of a breeze. so, just another hot day here in washington, but, again, everybody even here will get a break from this record-setting heat starting tomorrow going into the weekend. we ll get closer to average, which here is 87 degrees. chris? but you mentioned the fountains weren t up yesterday at this time and the fountains are flowing again, that s something, right? they turn them off around 10: 10:30, 11:00 yesterday and turned them back on at 7:00 a.m. this morning. we haven t figured oout the rhyme or reason when the fountains go off. first of all, it was to keep people out of it and then we had a suggestion to save electricity. we don t know what the schedule is. i ....
