Katsonga Cautions Men who Abandon Physically Challenged Children

Member of Parliament for Neno South Constituency, Mark Katsonga Phiri, has urged men who have children with physical disability to take full responsibility over them.
He says it is inhumane to forsake children with disabilities.
He said this today when he handed over two wheelchairs to two families with physically challenged children whose fathers abandoned them at birth.
I learnt with shock that in my constituency we have these children who cannot walk. I have solicited these two wheelchairs from my friends and are promising more when others with similar challenges are identified, said Katsonga. ....
