Can i ask you a couple questions? absolutely. one of the things with teachers in general and with the unions is they all make the same amount of money on progression. there s no compensation differentiation whatsoever. are we doing a disservice to the good teachers by denying them the opportunity to advance while protecting the bad teachers? in order to be broke, the union it s one thing. but if you don t create a good incentive for teachers, what have you really done? i absolutely agree with you. when we talk education reform, as far as i m concerned, everything has to be on the table. when you introduce merit pay and competition into the system. it gives the teachers who believe there s no such thing as a child who does not learn. give every single child particularly america s poor an opportunity ch i truly belief ....
