San Francisco Police want to find the robber who shot a man Near Civic Center plaza early this morning. Witnesses say a man demanded cash and other items from a group of people just before 3 00 in the morning. The victims gave their money to the robber but he then shot one of them in the torso. Witnesses say the robber wore a black hoodie and black pants. The victim is being treated at the local trauma center.
