Neels has been with First Independent Bank since 1984 and is currently executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Bank. She has held many jobs at First Independent Bank during her 37 years and has been an integral part of First Independent Bank’s growth. Koerber is executive vice president and chief credit officer of the Bank. He has been in banking since 1987, with First Independent since 2018 and served as chief credit officer of FIB’s sister Bank, Northview Bank from 2005-2017. ....
