Kathryn Bryan was a chemical engineer and like every other day for the past 43 years, she would drive home to Arlington, but on Friday, she didn't make it home.
A 64-year-old woman was killed in Burleson after a group of men started shooting at each other because of a drug deal gone bad. Police said the woman was an innocent bystander who just happened to be driving by at the time.
The shootout stemmed from two groups of men two from the city of Mission, in South Texas, and four from North Texas meeting up for a drug deal in Burleson.
A 64-year-old woman who was simply driving through Burleson was shot and killed Friday evening. Six people have been arrested in connection to the shooting.
