The highway patrol initially reported the decedent, 61-year-old Kathleen M. Huntsman, of Macedonia, failed to yield and stop at the stop sign on Shaw Road. “After further investigation, crash reconstruction and forensic examination of electronic data from both vehicles, it was determined that the other driver was traveling at 94 mph before the impact,” Geauga County Prosecutor Jim Flaiz told the Geauga County Maple Leaf last week. “It was also determined that the victim did not run the stop sign.” ....
