She was born October 26, 1928 at Hiway, Roosevelt County, New Mexico to Anna Clyng Hay and Eugene Wells Hay. She was preceded in death by her loving husband William “Bill” Bennett Foster, Jr., and her brother George Hay of Hiway, New Mexico. ....
