Progressive caucus has always wee, for a number of years, have the annual progressive caucus budget that we put forth that is full of those big ideas trying to move the ball forward. Only giving us policy solutions that people are asking for but how we can help elect electorally. I will let each person kind of say whatever they want. Vagrants standard for sentencing than a statement whether a crime is at the outset . I dont believe it deserves a lesser scrutiny because it is both mandatory and onerous. I am not talking about some other aspects but for that question. And frankly, it suggests that criminal statutes deserve greater scrutiny even though the licensing that gave rise to that statement of every application, they deserve greater scrutiny and this is one of the most onerous penalties we face in practice. Who dont have a lot of a lot of time. Ive got to get that they let me just say this. In this country today has more serious crises than at any time since the Great Depression of the 1930s. For most americans their reality is that they are working longer hours for lower wages and inflation adjusted income they are earning less money than they used to years ago and despite the huge increase in technology and productivity. All over this country than talking to people and they say how does that happen . Im producing more but im working longer hours for lower wages. My kid can afford to go to college and im having a hard time affording health care. How does that happen . While its exactly the same time 99 of all new income generated in this country is going to the top 1 . How does it happen that the top 1 owns almost as much wealth as the bottom 90 . My conclusion is that type of economics is not only immoral, its not only wrong, its ....
