Participants are senior-level leaders from the public, private and nonprofit sectors. They'll start a 10-month program this fall to become 'deeply exposed to challenges and opportunities facing Northeast Ohio with a goal of becoming inspired to use their new knowledge and connections to advance the region,' the Cleveland Leadership Center says.

That surge in death coupled with the behavioral changes brought by the pandemic has changed how we grieve, placed sometimes unexpected financial strain on families, and changed the funeral industry itself.
