Mangaluru, Jan 6: Member of Karnataka Animal Welfare Board Vinay L Shetty welcoming governor s assent for the Karnataka Prevention of Cow Slaughter and Preservation Cattle Ordinance, 2020 said, As the governor has given approval for the Prevention of Cow Slaughter and Preservation Cattle Ordinance, we urge the police commissioner and superintendent of police of Dakshina Kannada to implement the new law, take action against violators of law and punish them under the new law.
