Man appears before court charged with exposing himself on canal towpath
A man has appeared before Bradford Crown Court charged with exposing himself on the Leeds/Liverpool Canal towpath.
Andre Esteves was on a video link to Leeds Prison where he is being held on remand.
He is accused of intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress on the towpath on March 19.
Esteves, 29, of no fixed address, was not arraigned on the charge at the request of his barrister Kate Riekstina.
She told Judge Jonathan Rose there were issues of fitness to plead. ....
