police say on the morning of march 1, william porter was murdered inside his business. it was a scheme involving ms. porter, who in fact, are arranged for the death of her husband. apparently it was a family affair. court records show that the wife told her nephew about problems she was having with her husband. he told her he had someone to take care of her problem. police said that was triggerman walter bishop and she paid him $9,000 to kill her husband. her sister gave bishop the gun. police say cell phone records and other technology helped unravel the scheme. just the fact alone that tv imagery was available all throughout the county, whether it was involved in the business or not. still, the question remains why carla porter wanted her husband dead. charging documents say a witness said he was abusive and wanted to move to florida. police have not revealed any indication about a motive and no court documents indicate any abuse. bail has been denied. all ....
