Cedar Rapids Police are investigating a shooting at an apartment complex on the citys southwest side and at this point, theres still many unanswered questions. Police are releasing very few details. University of iowa president Bruce Harreld continues to be questioned by some. The president hosting a town hall this evening along with a few other university leaders.
