Noelle Johnson, 7, and Addyson Gibson, 12, were last seen in Portland Sept. 28. The Department of Human Services said the girls are believed to be with their mother, Kashia Vann, and Noelle’s father, Gary Johnson. The agency did not specify the circumstances of the disappearance, or say why more than 100 days passed before the agency asked for the public’s help to find the girls. According to a news release, investigators believe the missing children and their parents may be in Oregon; Vancouver, Washington; San Jose, California or Las Vegas.
