IPG Mediabrands Initiative China names Karen Ho CEO Details Karen Ho has been named the CEO of Initiative China, effective January 2021. Ho comes from Wavemaker China, where she was chief growth officer. She brings over 20 years of industry experience and proven results across growth and digital transformation, with previous stops at OMD and Isobar. As CEO of Initiative China, Ho will lead IPG Mediabrands culturally-driven media agency with a focus on client relationships, business growth and development.
