A COMMUNITY-focused physiotherapy practice has opened at Colchester United’s Jobserve Community Stadium. Physio 3.0 has opened its doors as part of the facilities on offer at the United Way ground, and will be offering treatment to residents across Colchester. Not just for sporty types, the practice wants to work with those who feel disconnected due to injury or illness by offering patient centric care, developed with the help of firm iWantGreatCare. The firms will work together to turn patient feedback into a tool to improve the service and attract new patients to the clinic. Co-founder Michael Barker said: “As a new concept physiotherapy practice, being able to deliver services which matter to people means we have to think differently about how we listen to people’s needs and preferences.
