Since we’re still in spring, and flowers are blooming, we’re going to learn the language of flowers, and how we can appreciate flowers this season. After 11am we’re talking about habits - how do we form them, how can we change them, and why do we easily fall into habitual behaviour? Karen will be joined by Dr. Maggie Burnett, programme Director at the Academy for Sustainable Communities at the University of Hong Kong. Maggie recently ran a workshop called “Hack your Habits”, so we’ll hear more about what it means to hack your habits from her.
