The man said the process had been rushed and been done with a lack of care that an academic co-ordinator from the centre had to teach courses Kaplan had taken over and teachers from the centre had to provide course content for Kaplan.
He said the staff who had been retained and were overstretched working with larger classes.
“We were proud because we had small groups to work with and could give people much more individual tutorial and help.
“Now with larger classes a lot of that gets lost . [Massey] want champagne, but made with methylated spirits.”
