National Trails Day guided hikes and volunteer work projects will take place Saturday at Kanawha State Forest, Coonskin Park and the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve. Organized by the American Hiking Society and held annually on the first Saturday in June. In 2024, it was to be held on June 1, 2024.
