Police found on the student while he was in class in mt. Healthys achieve program. The program is considered a last chance option for students with behaviorial issues. Police say the 12yearold boy threatened two students after school yesterday. He allegedly pointed the gun and said i am going to shoot you. The student was arrested today and taken to the Hamilton County juvenile detention center.
