拆解蓝光发展表外融资：神秘资金方背后隐现多位房企大佬


除了房企常见的非标融资 信托战略融资外，蓝光发展还引入了不少私募基金公司。其中，蓝光发展两个拿地价高于5亿元的项目，在2020年引入了同一个管理人旗下的7只基金。
清流工作室独家发现，这家私募管理人来头不小，其股东列表出现蓝光发展实控人杨铿的身影，更有祥生实业集团陈国祥、星河控股黄楚龙等房企大佬参股。
几家房企通过这个私募平台，实现了资金的相互腾挪。而该私募管理人与蓝光发展联系最为紧密，除参股蓝光旗下项目外，其还宣称，曾参与蓝光发展旗下物业公司 蓝光嘉宝服务（HK02606）的IPO项目。
