A Charlotte County charter school is facing more claims of racial discrimination. Babcock Ranch Neighborhood School has been hit with a third lawsuit, claiming minority students were harassed by white students.
A lawsuit has been filed against the Babcock Neighborhood School, school owner and some parents, regarding the alleged racially motivated bullying of Black students.
