Judson's Live kicked off their monthly Sunday brunch concert series this weekend. The audience dined on elevated Southern fare and, even more essentially, witnessed a winning performance by the Za-Boo-Zays. The Orlando folk supergroup of Kaleigh Baker, Hannah Harber Wynn and Olivia Wynn Roche played two daytime sets to two different audiences, and customers left the venue satisfied, sated and serenaded.
Will Quinlan w/Kaleigh Baker/Adam Randall For years, Tampa songwriter Will Quinlan’s been more-or-less the king of folky melancholia, but on a new song, “Radio Life,” he taps into a little bit of power-pop for an anthem that’ll please fans of both The Kinks and Hollies alike. He plays a free show at this equally-loved Seminole Heights watering hole that’s encouraging attendees to wear their best Quinlan attire (flannel, jeans, glasses and a hat). Powerhouse vocalist, and world-class whistler, songwriter Kaleigh Baker opens the show along with Adam Randall.
