The Security Forces are expected and have been directed to treat citizens with respect, and protect the dignity and safety of all. The authorities in afghanistan say a siege of a luxury hotel in kabul has come to an end, more than twelve hours after it was attacked by gunmen. An interior Ministry Spokesman said five civilians including one foreigner were killed at the Intercontinental Hotel, along with all three attackers. More than 100 people have been rescued.
