lucky. exactly a week later today a man was shot and killed on hillside road in southeast. jackie benson joins us from the sixth district police station with the story. jackie? doreen, both victims are latino. there are some concerned that they were targeted for that reason. neighbors say the victim described by police at t29-year latino man was mowing the lawns on hillside road. he was just doing yard work. he was working on a town house. just working on a town house. and apparently somebody wanted something that he had. reporter: police believe the victim was confronted by a man with a gun, possibly as part of a robbery or carjack ago tempt. the victim was shot several times as he stood near his vehicle, silver colored suv with maryland license plates. investigators believe the man had been hired to do landscape work at the apartment complex. it appears at this point that the gentleman was doing work in the area. at this point to what extent we re uncertain of. it
