Kaoss Price and Kade Rampton were arrested in the operation and appeared in court on Thursday. Judge Hikaka outlined how 18 of Price’s charges had come from his time in Wellington, and 28 in New Plymouth. “Mr Bourke s got a fair bit of work to do,” Hikaka said. Price was remanded in custody without plea until August 12. Meanwhile, Rampton, the other man who was arrested alongside Price, also appeared before Judge Hikaka. The 25-year-old had been charged with obstructing police, and unlawfully possessing firearms and ammunition on Tuesday.
